Role Overview:

What You'll Do:

  • Drive campaigns, communications, and programs that keep customers engaged and aware of the full value of the platform.
  • Build and scale Absorb Academy as the flagship customer education experience, creating certification programs and onboarding paths.
  • Own programs that drive product adoption, partnering with Product to identify usage gaps and build adoption playbooks.
