Job Description

Strategy:

  • Architect and operationalize GTM systems, processes, and data infrastructure.
  • Lead pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Drive AI strategy across go-to-market functions, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Execution:

  • Design and optimize scalable workflows and automation across lead management, opportunity progression, and client lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement enablement programs, translating ICPs, personas, messaging, and positioning into actionable playbooks.
  • Oversee incentive compensation and target setting, ensuring accurate calculation of payouts and alignment with business goals.

Management:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations & Enablement team.
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, transformation, and data teams to align reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Translate business objectives into operational models, metrics, and accountability frameworks to ensure alignment across teams.
