Job Description
Strategy:
- Architect and operationalize GTM systems, processes, and data infrastructure.
- Lead pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and performance analytics.
- Drive AI strategy across go-to-market functions, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Execution:
- Design and optimize scalable workflows and automation across lead management, opportunity progression, and client lifecycle.
- Develop and implement enablement programs, translating ICPs, personas, messaging, and positioning into actionable playbooks.
- Oversee incentive compensation and target setting, ensuring accurate calculation of payouts and alignment with business goals.
Management:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations & Enablement team.
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, transformation, and data teams to align reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Translate business objectives into operational models, metrics, and accountability frameworks to ensure alignment across teams.
