Job Description

We're looking for a driven, curious, and consultative Enterprise Account Executive to help scale Workera's footprint in the Central United States. The mission is to hunt, close, and grow high-impact relationships with enterprise customers—bringing them into our ecosystem and helping them unlock measurable value. The role owns the full sales cycle, guiding C-level stakeholders through thoughtful, strategic conversations that focus on their goals—not just features. You'll exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, establish a high-velocity pipeline, educate c-suite leaders, provide accurate forecasting, adopt a consultative approach, build long-term relationships, attend networking events, and act as the primary customer contact throughout their lifecycle. You'll also identify and execute on expansion opportunities.
