Position Summary:
- Process vendor invoices in a timely and correct fashion.
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and backup documentation.
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on inconsistencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payment batches electronically and monitor delinquent invoices.
- Address vendor payment inquiries professionally.
- Maintain financial information according to business policy and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience with accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting assistance.
- Excellent organization, detail orientation, and ability to work to deadlines.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet and bookkeeping software, plus strong communication skills.
