Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily verification and reconciliation for all payment methods including checks, EFTs, and IACH transactions.
• Review and disposition Positive Pay exceptions across banking partners daily.
• Manage payable inquiries, stop payments, voids, reissues, and correction vouchers.

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience required.
• Working knowledge of AP controls and large ERP systems; SAP experience a plus.

Additional Information:

• Salary range $52,000 to $76,900 per year, may vary by location.
