Strategic Partnership Manager

About the Role:

• You will shape and grow strategic relationships across the property and casualty insurance ecosystem.
• You’ll serve as a key connection between carrier, reinsurance, broker, distribution, and internal teams.
• This fully remote role combines strategic relationship management with hands-on ownership of product implementation.

Accountabilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for carrier partners throughout product implementation, ongoing service, and capacity management.
• Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, translating business and underwriting requirements into technical deliverables.
• Own the product lifecycle, coordinate updates, and manage underwriting guidelines in collaboration with sales and underwriting teams.

Requirements:

• Experience in carrier management, program management, or product management within the P&C insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance product lifecycles, underwriting guidelines, and policy forms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business and underwriting requirements into clear specifications for technical teams.
