The Opportunity:
- Answer clients’ questions about Cryptocurrency transactions, Staking, and other Crypto related products.
- Provide testing and feedback for new features before release.
- Assist in managing the Consumer/Trading/Kraken Desktop support team.
Skills You Should Hodl:
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of trading, charting, and leveraged trading.
- Client support experience and good math skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with platforms like Coinbase, Binance, OKEX, Bitmex, Bybit, Deribit etc.
- Security and privacy focused, with the ability to read Blockchain Documentation.
- Speaks French, German and/or Spanish (in addition to English)
