- 2+ years executive recruiting experience recruiting Accounting leadership roles.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
- Deep understanding of executive search methodology and leadership team dynamics.
Salary Notes:
- The annualized cash compensation for this role is expected to be between $110,000 and $120,000.
- Actual base + bonus pay may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience.
