Recruiter

Megaport is seeking a Recruiter for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support scaling efforts across the business. This role involves working across a broad range of roles and making a real impact on a global scale. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers across various functions, including Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations, to find top talent. They will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding. The role also involves running proactive hiring strategies, sourcing candidates creatively, and collaborating across time zones and regions, with visibility into hiring initiatives across the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
