- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Legal leadership on spend, vendor performance, and KPIs.
Compliance and Corporate Legal Operations:
- Support compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and patent/insurance renewal processes.
- Manage entity administration using GEMS and coordinate corporate governance matters.
