Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and drive client business reviews.
  • Oversee Client Success activities and communicate with EnableComp Leadership.
  • Manage KPI metrics including customer surveys, scoring, and client retention goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or related field.
  • 7-10 years experience in account management in healthcare technology, specifically hospital revenue cycle management.
  • Strong computer proficiency and CRM software experience required.

Key Considerations:

  • Effective polished professional presentation skills for communicating analytics and ROI.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and collaborate with internal departments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated experience managing stressful situations.

Additional Details:

  • Up to 30% travel required.
