Responsibilities:
- Lead operational and strategic efforts to build and grow our business.
- Increase customer base, loyalty, revenue, and financial growth.
- Work closely with leadership to build brand equity and drive product sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree at a minimum.
- 5-7+ years of experience with both direct and indirect sales.
- Deep understanding of the Taft-Hartley Act and jointly-managed fund governance.
Additional Information:

- Ability to change priorities quickly and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
- Existing relationships with fund administrators and labor consultants strongly preferred.
