Technical Support Representative - Night Shift

Job Description:

• We are seeking an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Technical Support Representative for a night shift role.
• This is a full-time temporary position supporting retail locations remotely.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support, repair, and assistance for POS software and hardware issues.
• Repair and maintain equipment including Point of Sale terminals, scanners, printers, and computers.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and assist with setup and installation of new hardware.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in replacing, configuring, and setting up hardware and software.
• Strong understanding of POS hardware and electronic troubleshooting at component level.
• Proficiency in networking and ability to work independently with own equipment.
