Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with TA and HR stakeholders to translate business processes into technical specifications.
- Lead follow-up requirements gathering and demos to ensure recruit-to-hire outcomes are achieved.
- Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and fraud prevention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology/business systems analysis with a focus on Talent Acquisition applications.
- Proven expertise with recruitment systems such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Workday, HackerRank, LinkedIn, and HireRight.

- This role is remote based in the East Coast, USA, with occasional travel for team meetings.
