Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader to join our team as the Global Compensation COE Director. In this role, you will drive the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of our global compensation programs across more than forty countries. If you thrive on data-driven decision-making, love tackling complex business challenges, and excel at designing impactful, scalable programs, this role is your chance to build a world-class compensation strategy that fuels our growth and empowers our teams. Lead the by-annual pay planning cycle, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive programs, with a strong focus on data integrity, insightful analysis, and clear and impactful stakeholder and employee communications. Manage and deliver multiple high-impact compensation projects with competing deadlines, including creating and maintaining market-aligned pay ranges and salary structures using comprehensive benchmarking data from multiple sources. Partner with cross-functional teams to craft and execute effective compensation communication strategies that are clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
