Job Description
This is a dual scope role that requires both tactical execution and high-level systems thinking, working closely with the COO, senior managers, and external partners. You will lead People, HR and Operational work at a cross functional and strategic level to ensure strength in all aspects of those areas of the business including; talent development & engagement, operational project management and compliance.
Responsibilities include talent acquisition leadership, total rewards leadership, talent development program ownership & management, defining and tracking performance goals and strategic initiatives, and external partnership management with IT/security and HR advisory firms.
