Job Description

Lead and coach a team of contract outreach reps by coordinating priority call lists, setting pipeline goals, and ensuring high-quality conversations. Refine talk tracks, email templates, call scripts, and objection handling guides to improve outreach conversion and candidate quality. Monitor outreach performance and provide insights to improve results. Own and execute candidate outreach, introducing prospective candidates to GoodParty.org. Drive initial engagement by communicating our mission and platform benefits. Manage a high-volume outreach pipeline in HubSpot, maintaining accurate records. Pilot and implement new messaging strategies, tools, and AI enhancements. Share insights with internal teams to inform platform positioning and marketing strategy. Experiment, learn fast, and iterate to drive candidate pipeline growth. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager.
