We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Lead,Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic People team. This role will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for positions across the U.S. and LATAM regions. You’ll serve as a strategic hiring partner to department leads, helping build strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience. This role involves full-cycle recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles across GTM, operations, and support functions. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, leading outreach, screening, and interview coordination, and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations. The ideal candidate will analyze hiring metrics to drive improvements and support ongoing process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency. The candidate will deliver high-touch, personalized candidate engagement and assist in onboarding transitions.
