Job Description
This role will create ongoing learning and development plans for sales representatives and leaders, including identifying skill gaps and developing advanced training modules. The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist will develop and refine comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales team members, assessing training needs and creating content. They will utilize data analytics to assess sales performance, oversee the creation of sales enablement content, and work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive messaging. This role also optimizes training sessions on key sales systems, mentors other sales enablement professionals, and assists in the management of the Learning Management System.
