Mission & Scope:
- Lead the mission to make Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success more productive through trusted tooling and data.
- Own Docplanner’s GTM tech blueprint and turn it into shipped value with a small, high-leverage team and AI-powered automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end GTM technology strategy, platform reliability, data quality, and service standards across all systems.
- Deliver the Salesforce migration with strong adoption, predictable execution, seamless integrations, and AI-powered automations.
- Build a high-performing GTM systems team, a modern delivery model, and strong vendor partnerships.
Success Metrics & Qualifications:
- Success measured by platform stability, stakeholder NPS, productivity gains, data quality, and cost control.
- Requires 5+ years in GTM/business systems at scaled SaaS companies, hands-on Salesforce and HubSpot expertise, and experience shipping AI automations.
- Skills include Salesforce CI/CD, integration foundations, executive communication, and a builder mindset with high ownership.
