Key Responsibilities:

Success Metrics & Qualifications:

  • Success measured by platform stability, stakeholder NPS, productivity gains, data quality, and cost control.
  • Requires 5+ years in GTM/business systems at scaled SaaS companies, hands-on Salesforce and HubSpot expertise, and experience shipping AI automations.
  • Skills include Salesforce CI/CD, integration foundations, executive communication, and a builder mindset with high ownership.
