Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for onboarding, activation, and business value realization.
- Partner with sales to expand business within accounts via Falcon Flex adoption and build relationships with key decision makers.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales environments to understand needs and develop competitive propositions.
Value Delivery:
- Conduct business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact for customers.
- Develop and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews featuring value realized analyses.
- Proactively identify and remediate risks to customer success and support renewal cycles to minimize attrition.
Growth and Strategy:
- Accountable for driving additional Falcon Flex consumption within a defined sales territory.
- Partner with customers to develop and execute adoption roadmaps aligned with their security objectives.
- Monitor and analyze Flex usage patterns to identify risks and opportunities for growth.
