Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Possess 10-15 years of experience, including at least 3 years in crypto or digital assets, with familiarity in institutional-grade custody solutions.
  • Have program management experience working with a U.S. federal agency that has launched a digital asset program.
  • Demonstrate a track record of working across government, law enforcement, or regulatory institutions to drive implementation of digital assets strategy.

Collaboration and Influence:

  • Build trust with senior government officials across legal, operational, and technical roles, representing the company with credibility in high-profile forums.
  • Synthesize complex public sector needs into actionable roadmaps for internal execution and maintain feedback loops to evolve go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner effectively across product, policy, and go-to-market functions to align internal delivery and represent client interests.
