IT Manager

What You'll Do:

• Streamline IT Systems: Evaluate and implement centralized identity and access management tools to simplify logins and strengthen security.
• Password & Access Management: Lead the rollout of a password manager and define policies for account access, permissions, and credentials.
• Device Lifecycle Management: Oversee company hardware ordering, setup, shipping, retrieval, and inventory tracking for new hires and departing employees.

Important To Us That You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in IT administration, systems management, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing or remote-first company.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS tools, identity management systems, and MDM solutions (e.g., Kandji, Jamf, Intune).
• Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other core collaboration platforms.
