Job Description
The Account Specialist- Growth oversees a portfolio of clients, supporting users and prospects by understanding their goals and resolving pain points with our solutions by qualifying leads, understanding their business requirements, and managing the deal cycle from discovery through close by organizing demos, providing proposals, and ensuring successful onboarding handoffs.
Fostering and nurturing clients needs and leveraging internal subject matter experts to ensure they are answered accurately and in a timely fashion in addition engaging clients to assess customer experience. Collaboration with internal teams (Customer Success, Onboarding, etc.) to ensure timely deal closures is critical.
This role shares client feedback and requirements with cross-functional teams(growth, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure we're working on projects that support business goals and raise client satisfaction and is responsible for monitoring metrics and KPIs (activity metrics, time to close, average deal size, etc.) and take action on any trends observed, while using Salesforce to accurately manage, track, and report sales activities and results.
