How You'll Do It:
- Build relationships and make sales with direct customers through inbound calls and lead follow-up.
- Further qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and setting appointments.
- Partner with underwriting team to ensure policy can be written and present to close.
The Right Stuff:
- 1 year of inside sales experience required; commercial auto experience highly preferred.
- 1 year experience in high transactional environments preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills essential for cross-team collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base compensation range of $26.50 - $32 USD per hour.
