Intro to Position:
- Focus on donors to the NPR Network.
- Act as a bridge between supporters and the collective power of the NPR Network.
- Responsible for scaling personalized outreach to mid-level donors.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify new donors to determine their affinity for the NPR Network.
- Articulate donor strategies and demonstrate a disciplined focus.
- Support the design and implementation of pilot fundraising initiatives.
Required Skills/Competencies:
- 3–5 years of frontline fundraising experience.
- Proven success in independently cultivating and closing gifts in the $10,000 - $25,000 range.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
