Virtual Retail Sales Associate

Seeking a virtual sales associate to assist website visitors in purchasing products, video chatting with customers 1-on-1, and providing product knowledge on client products. This retail sales associate will sell a variety of tech products ranging from chargers, power banks, and much more. Part-time flexible – 20-24 hours a week to be online answering customer via text, calls/video calls. Present, market, and sell tech products to individual customers via 1-to-1 solutions.Answer and attend all calls with charisma, confidence, and empathy, delivering a personalized and helpful sales experience. Learning product knowledge on an on-going basis is required. Most of the time working from home with good internet connectivity.
