Delivery Strategy & Program Ownership:

  • Lead delivery strategy and operating plan for all programs, ensuring campaigns are architected to meet client goals before execution.
  • Develop and maintain resourcing plans across your portfolio, deploying CS Managers and Coordinators appropriately.
  • Review and approve all client-facing communications, presentations, and strategic deliverables for quality and consistency.

Strategic Client Leadership & Revenue Ownership:

  • Own a portfolio of pharmaceutical accounts with full accountability for retention and expansion, including $5-10M+ annual business.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to client stakeholders, translating brand imperatives into program design recommendations.
  • Lead QBRs with a clear point of view and data-driven recommendations to drive optimizations and growth.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of CS Managers and Coordinators, developing their strategic capabilities while holding them accountable to delivery standards.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Product, and Data to design integrated solutions.
  • Serve as the internal voice of accounts, contributing client feedback to Product roadmap and proactively managing escalations.
