About the Role:
- Responsible for renewal of customer maintenance contracts.
- Ensure best customer experience and retention.
- Upsell customers to premium services and identify add-on sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage annual pipeline and perform customer experience assessments.
- Cold call customers with lapsed support to reactivate support.
- Prepare forecasts and business analysis.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Advanced level English and German language
- Relevant experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
