ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Oversee the annual review process, including job evaluations, merit budget planning, and base pay and incentive plan reviews.
  • Ensure compensation strategies align with organizational goals for diverse employee populations, including represented, non-represented, executives, and provider support.
  • Support the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), and other enterprise-wide bonus programs.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT:

  • Design and evaluate compensation programs such as salary structures, incentives, allowances, and variable pay.
  • Oversee the implementation and governance of the compensation framework, including job architecture and leveling.
  • Partner with HR leadership to ensure effective adoption of compensation philosophy, pay grades, and policies.

LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION:

  • Lead and mentor a team of compensation professionals, providing guidance for their development.
  • Communicate compensation program features and manage relationships with compensation vendors.
  • Collaborate across departments to provide expertise and support strategic HR projects and the Total Rewards roadmap.
