Senior Sales Manager, Missouri

Kiva Confections seeks a Senior Sales Manager for Missouri to provide sales leadership, focusing on maintaining relationships with distribution partners and top accounts. The SSM will focus on achieving goals and developing programs inside our key Kiva customers, establishing new business from targeted customers, and developing current buyer relationships. The Senior Sales Manager will lead the sales team, develop and implement promotions, and cultivate positive relationships in the region’s top dispensaries. Responsibilities include developing and mentoring the sales team, working with the Project Manager to align production with sales plans, and working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to achieve outstanding in-store merchandising, programming and promotions. The role involves developing timely sales reports, achieving quarterly sales targets through customer growth initiatives, establishing relationships with business partners, and assisting with new product launches. The ideal candidate will possess strong listening skills, a sense of urgency, and excellent customer relations and communication skills. Cannabis industry experience is preferred.
