Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand team hiring needs and meet competitive goals.
- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for open roles, helping find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
- Foster high-touch relationships using a candidate database and partner with leadership on innovative strategies.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of corporate recruitment experience with exceptional communication and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
- Proven success in conducting interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Sales recruitment experience in media/marketing/ad technology and passion for the creator economy.
- Experience using Ashby ATS.
