Provide professional and courteous customer support in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide clear, accurate, and timely resolutions.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and punctuality.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English.
Previous customer service/support experience preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet performance targets including CSAT 90.5%+, QA 90%+, CPH 6+, Occupancy 80%+ and Punctuality 95%+.
