Job Description
Serve as a strategic partner across GTM planning, processes, systems, and analytics. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Own funnel analytics and reporting across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, health metrics). Drive forecasting excellence and facilitate weekly forecast calls to monitor deal progression. Optimize partner and sales processes, including pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and territory alignment.
Define KPIs and maintain dashboards that offer real-time insights into lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and sales performance. Partner with Finance to align compensation planning and quota targets with company objectives. Support enablement by collaborating with Sales and Partner teams to implement process improvements. Identify and remove friction points across the customer journey to improve conversion rates and revenue efficiency. Deliver executive-level reporting and revenue insights to support board and leadership discussions.
