Job Description
The Sales Enablement Manager (SEM) is an integral extension of the sales leadership team, aligning with specific regions to empower AEs and BDRs through tailored learning programs and coaching. They adapt centrally developed initiatives (e.g., product, process, and systems training) to meet regional needs, leveraging customer insights and local nuances. SEPs collaborate with sales leadership to enhance learning impact, close skill gaps, and achieve business goals. Focused on driving meaningful value, they prioritize learning stickiness, possess deep business acumen, and thrive in dynamic environments with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
Partner with Sales team leadership to create recommendations for driving impact to the business, plan and execute the sales enablement strategies. Serve as a key partner to the Sales leadership team and establish a trusted partnership in developing learning strategies for their growth Consult with leaders, including learning & development planning, team development, management and coaching. Collaborates cross-functionally to uncover business needs and skills gaps, and deliver best in class development for sales professionals. Delivers high quality sales training and practice workshops. Drive programmatic changes to sales development approach driven by measurement outcomes to continue to demand excellence.
