Key Responsibilities:

  • Train culinary positions on board any Lindblad vessel, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs and provisioning plans based on ship itineraries.
  • Conduct evaluations, track performance, and create individual growth plans for galley staff.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent, with culinary and management experience.
  • Maritime shipboard experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work on feet in high-temperature galley for long shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Regular travel required up to 50%.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range $75,000 - $82,500 per year, plus up to 5% annual bonus.
