Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and team objectives.
- Source, identify, and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and AI Engineers.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology, AI/ML concepts, and cloud technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for startup or high-growth technology companies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience hiring professionals with expertise in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, or similar technologies.
