Job Description

Provide day-to-day support on a variety of HR needs including employee relations and performance management. Manage AllTrails’ benefit and leave offerings, ensuring they are competitive, compliant and aligned to AllTrails’ unique needs and culture. Provide personalized support on employee benefit questions, as well as develop and implement proactive communication strategies to educate employees about benefit offerings, changes and open enrollment. Manage relationships with insurance carriers and other benefit providers, analyze benefit utilization trends, identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts. Apply your knowledge of the benefit space to identify opportunities for AllTrails as a corporate wellness offering. Manage AllTrail’s global Contractor Program, supporting onboarding/offboarding, partnering with our vendors and driving efficiencies in our processes. Perform audits to ensure our benefit and other People programs are compliant.
