Manage AllTrails’ benefit and leave offerings, ensuring they are competitive, compliant and aligned to AllTrails’ unique needs and culture. Provide personalized support on employee benefit questions. Manage AllTrail’s global Contractor Program, supporting onboarding/offboarding, partnering with our vendors and driving efficiencies in our processes. Perform audits to ensure our benefit and other People programs are compliant.
