Junior Business Analyst

The junior business analyst is responsible for gathering and documenting business needs, assisting in process mapping, and conducting data analysis. As part of the Advisory team, the junior business analyst works across client-facing projects to complete deliverables and continually searches for opportunities to expand their knowledge and expertise. The role involves leading discovery and requirements gathering, drafting presentations, and communicating project impacts. Responsibilities also include analyzing business processes, identifying knowledge gaps, conducting research and championing the Company’s values.
