What you'll do:
- Turn customer goals, systems, and deadlines into clear milestones with owners.
- Own the setup journey, from tool connections to framework alignment and audit readiness.
- Collaborate across Product, Support, and Compliance to keep projects moving and improve onboarding.
Who you are:
- A B.Tech in cybersecurity or MBA in ITBM, with internships or projects counting as experience.
- You explain technical ideas clearly, organize ambiguity, and build trust with different stakeholders.
- You bring general knowledge of cloud systems, SaaS integrations, APIs, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
