About the Role:
- Own end-to-end payroll operations for corporate staff and salaried clinicians.
- Serve as compliance anchor for multi-state tax registrations and audits.
- Report to VP of People and work closely with Finance.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee payroll execution, variable compensation, and W-2 processing.
- Manage state tax registrations, 401(k) administration, and internal audits.
- Administer Workers' Comp and respond to unemployment claims.
Requirements:
- 7+ years multi-state payroll experience with Rippling proficiency.
- Expertise in 401(k) testing and salary benchmarking.
- Strong Excel skills and cross-functional communication.
