Job Description
Opportunity:
Provide application expertise, solve support requests, and assist the Helpdesk and Engineering teams.
Handle internal requests.
Become an expert in Flywire products and triage issues.
Responsibilities:
Engage with employees to detail issues accurately and resolve Tier-2 application issues.
Maintain documentation, improve support processes, and provide training.
Assist in evaluating, configuring, and installing new releases.
Qualifications:
1-5 years of experience in software maintenance and support with web applications (RoR, Java, React).
Knowledge in Ruby, Java, React, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Strong categorization skills and desire to improve the support process.
