Job Description
The Save Specialist is responsible for building relationships with Motive customers. This position manages programs built to retain customers through positive relationship-building, addressing issues, and educating customers on the value of our products. A customer-oriented focus is necessary to preserve long-term customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will identify signals of at-risk accounts, handle a large volume of phone conversations and email inquiries, maximize customer lifetime value and minimize churn risk, and apply problem solving strategies while providing solutions and fair contract negotiations.
