Head of Solutions and Product Specialist Team, Asia Pacific Japan

This leadership role reports into VP of System Engineering, APJ, with SE Managers and Individual Contributors (IC) reporting to it. With a focus on moving upmarket across all segments of the business, successful candidates will have substantial experience of successfully doing such a role, selling into large organizations, and a thorough understanding of what it takes to be successful in this type of selling environment. As a senior level resource, you will be expected to lead from the front on key client engagements, and you will be comfortable quickly establishing yourself as a thought leader and trusted advisor with key senior client stakeholders. The Director, Systems Engineering will be expected to lead regional industry events/organisations as a thought leader.
