Job Description

This position involves placing outbound calls to contact life insurance applicants and completing interviews with them, or leaving messages for a return call. The interviewer gathers medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during the interview. They review and edit information collected during the interview for quality assurance purposes. The interviewer uses the C4 Call Management System, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System to make telephone calls, log call attempts, document information within orders as necessary, and record call results. They also learn the specific requirements stipulated by each client company, respond to the needs and requests of clients, staff, and management, and observe all compliance and safety policies.
