What You'll Do:
- Perform quarterly account reviews and deploy CivilGrid to new accounts with on-site training.
- Respond to customer questions, develop dashboards, and monitor customer health.
- Drive product usage, account expansion, and build relationships with stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles and/or civil engineering.
- Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in civil design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
