What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary post-implementation relationship owner for a portfolio of customers.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS experience.
- Experience managing a portfolio of B2B customers.
- Strong consultative communication and relationship-building skills.
