What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary post-implementation relationship owner for a portfolio of customers.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS experience.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of B2B customers.
  • Strong consultative communication and relationship-building skills.
