- Continue customer onboarding after go-live with a comprehensive platform introduction.
- Drive product adoption by helping customers expand usage of features.

Retention & Growth:
- Own retention for your portfolio of accounts, ensuring customers renew into new terms.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts by promoting relevant products and upgrades.

Customer Experience & Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing issues and questions in a timely manner.
- Provide practical problem-solving across phone, email, and other channels.
- Advocate for customers by sharing feedback with Product and other teams.
