Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of customers.

- Drive product adoption and ongoing engagement.
Customer Advocacy and Strategy:

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle industry and Planhat preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
